4 Paws at a Time has a beautiful young adult cat who has been named Aspen, available for adoption. Aspen is approximately 1 year old and is a long haired tabby/tortie girl.
Aspen was abandoned in North End Dartmouth, probably as a kitten. When she was found, she was emaciated and had a flea collar on that was so tight, she couldn't swallow. She would growl every time she was picked up because of so many matts and burs in her fur. Half of her had to be shaved to get them out. Aspen has a unique half tail, that the vet said was as a result of a trauma.
Aspen has been in foster care since the end of November and is a lovely cat. She loves to look out the window, sleep in bed with you and play with toys. She purrs all the time and kneads her paws whenever she is happy.
Aspen is learning to live with other cats, however, she would prefer to be her new families only cat. She doesn't mind dogs, as long as they respect her space.
Aspen has been spayed, tested for both Feline Leukemia and FIV (she tested NEGATIVE) and has been treated with revolution. She is more than ready for her new home!
If you're interested in knowing more about Aspen, or if you're interested in adopting her - please reply for an adoption application! Her adoption fee is only $100!
